I'm Vinit, and I am an engineer. I like to build things, whether it's metal, wood, polymers, or leather, whatever the situation calls for. Building isn't just what I do; it's who I am. Throughout my life, academically, professionally, and in my hobbies I've always been driven by the excitement of turning ideas into reality. There's nothing quite like watching a concept grow from a design to a prototype and finally into a finished product. That's what gets me out of bed every morning and keeps me passionate about my work.
My innate desire to build things eventually led me to the engineering. I did my bachelors in civil engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. After graduation, I joined Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd as an Assistant Executive Engineer, where I worked for 1.5+ years. Seeking to deepen my technical expertise, I pursued a master's degree in Applied Mechanics at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. And I learned a lot of analytical tools like Finite Element Method and Modal analysis.
Currently I am enrolled in the graduate program in the Aerospace engineering at the University of Minnesota-Twin cities which provided me with a more comprehensive training in mathematical modeling, Continuum Mechanics which includes both solid and fluids, fracture mechanics, and dynamics.
